From April 12 to April 17 Vistosi will be present at the exhibition "Disinquinamente" organized at the Fuorisalone during the Salone del Mobile week in Milan. Vistosi will be part of these events, related to design and ethics, with the floor lamp Giogali, which was designed by Angelo Mangiarotti for Vistosi.
Giogali cascade of light at "Disinquinamente"
In a fascinating context of nineteenth-century buildings, a few steps from Castello Sforzesco and the Triennale di Milano, during the week of the Salone del Mobile "Piazza grandesign" will host meetings with architects, designers and managers of leading-edge companies that operate with consideration for quality and ethics standards. Inside " Disinquinamente" there will be three exhibition spaces to trace a best practices path full of ethical and healthy design: "Corpore Sano", with food and objects related to the world of cooking, "Mens Sana", dedicated to health and well-being solutions, and "Corpore Sano", featuring innovative design products. This latter section, planned to exhibit “good for the mind” beauty, will feature the dazzling decorative lighting system Giogali, in its floor lamp version: a piece of design history, in which the tradition of Murano glass becomes subject and protagonist of Angelo Mangiarotti’s reflection, who in 1967 designed this lamp for Vistosi. Also available as standard table, floor, ceiling, pendant and wall fixture, Giogali can be used in chandeliers and structures of any dimension, which are striking for the simplicity and refinement of a creation based on the concept of “families of forms”: it combines a single genetic code, the handmade glass link, creating a kind of cascade of light.
